Frequently Asked Questions

ARRIVAL

Kindly arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete paperwork so that your treatment can start promptly.

We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. A late arrival will receive an extension of scheduled service only if it is available. Otherwise, you will receive the service for the balance of the period remaining and will be responsible for the full-service fee.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call to notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Last minute cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice given may be charged the full fee for the scheduled service. For future appointments, a credit card number will be requested in order to hold the appointment.

So that you may receive the maximum benefit from your treatment, and in consideration of other guests, switch off cell phones, pagers, and other electronic devices.

CHILDREN

In consideration of other guests, we ask that children not accompany you at the spa.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & PAYMENTS

Due to increased fees on  SPA FINDER GC we will no longer be able to accept these. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do still accept Spa Week.

No refunds on Gift Certificates, services or products unless defective. Gift certificates may, however, be transferred to an individual other than the individual they were purchased for.

We accept Discover, MasterCard , Visa , Amex and Cash.

Published prices do not include sales tax or gratuity. Gratuities are always appreciated, never expected. If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to include a 15 – 20% gratuity (based on non-discounted rates) to your therapist.
